Finally, we identify a group of priority projects and develop the strategy preparing  your participation in those European projects.

Together we work on developing the structures necessary to manage a project at your institution when the project is granted, and plan the development of a European consortium for a successful project application.

We also offer you the opportunity to submit project applications in different countries of the European Union, in the three central European languages: English, French and German.

ProCare Consulting can manage all phases of your European project. From the initial research to preparing financial reports and audits of your project.

We take care of all of the formalities for your funded European project and coordinate your project during the implementation process, to ensure its success. We suggest solutions to any problems encountered, and assist with negotiations in order to obtain the most amount of funding.

Dissemination and promotion

We develop communication plans for your project, organise the communication of your project and set up and run your project`s website. We also help you organise your promotional events and can take part in them.
